harder stunts

full extensions: You will need to go to a normal prep. Here's the challenging part. Bases will dip down and then put their arms strait up in the air. warning: do not let go of flyer's feet like you do in cradles. Back spot will dip too and then help to pull up the flyer. Hold for a few seconds then go back down to a prep. you will probably want to cradle.

Different stunts

Prep Directions. to do a prep is very easy. You need two bases on the side one back spot and sometimes a front spot. the flyer will put her foot in the bases hands and the bases will be bent down a little bit. Bases put their pinky's together and cup their hands a little it. While the flyer is stepping on the bases hands the back spot will grab her ankles and pull her up. Bases need to pull up their hands under their chins. the flyer will ether put her hands in a high v or low v. Now follow directions to do many types of cradles.

Normal cradle directions: while in a prep back spot says "cradle,1 2 down up catch." bases on down up will dip their bodies down a little bit along with the flyers feet then right away they'll throw the flyer up in the air and put their arms back down to catch her. Back spot will dip too and then catch under her arms.
